The NRCS recently released their stream forecast for March, 2019. The full statewide report can be viewed/downloaded here (75 MB).

The brief summary for Nevada creek is a current forecast of 95% of normal streamflow for the April-July period, and 96% of normal for the April-September period.  As always, this forecast is based on March 1 conditions and is subject to future weather changes.  The forecast table for the Upper Clark Fork drainage is attached below.
